This apprenticeship is ideal for someone looking to begin a career in quality assurance and engineering within the aerospace industry. Youll gain hands-on experience in quality control processes, learn from experienced professionals, and work towards a recognised qualification.
This role will be studying at Training 2000 based in Blackburn.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Quality Engineer Apprentice, youll work under the supervision of experienced quality engineers and gain practical knowledge in key areas, including:

Assisting in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures.

Supporting inspections and tests of materials and components.
Learning how to analyse test results and support corrective actions.
Gaining an understanding of regulatory and internal quality standards (e.g. AS9100, ISO 9001).
Helping to maintain accurate documentation of inspections and audits.
Working closely with departments such as engineering, production, and supply chain to understand how quality is built into every stage of the process.
