*Overview*
We are seeking an Apprentice Butcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be just out of school and looking to learn the trade, have a passion for food production, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained.
*Duties*
- Prepare meats for sale or consumption by trimming, cutting, boning, grinding, or seasoning
- Ensure proper storage and handling of meat products
- Operate butchering machinery and tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the butchery area
- Assist in managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £7.00-£10.00 per hour
