As a Project Manager in our autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes Commercial Team, you’ll take fully funded training via an accredited provider enrolling on a course with a typical duration of 18 months, delivered for example, through one full-day or two half-day seminars each month, coaching from experienced business professionals, plus a virtual classroom and pre-recorded lessons, etc.

To ensure we reach our commercial objectives there is a keen focus on marketing, franchise governance, and launch excellence. We work to ensure that the franchise is provided with the right content and success is measured against the appropriate KPIs, whilst maintaining a keen focus on team culture and organisation. The apprentice will be enrolled in Associate Project Manager – Level 4 Apprenticeship.

Main responsibilities:
- The fundamental responsibility of the role is to support franchise organisation through project management capabilities. This role will require cross-functional working to ensure dashboard completion according to our Integrated Growth Plan (IGP) and our Objective Key Results (OKRs).

Liaison will also be required in order to project manage business critical projects and to complete reporting, ensuring we can operate with excellence.

Clarity of communication skills will be key to aid with PowerPoint creation for key business reviews and internal engagement.

Facilitation of internal workshops and retrospectives.

Creation of promotional materials and review, approval/certification.
About you

Foundational knowledge of the life sciences industry

Basic understanding of project management principles

A Levels or equivalent academic qualification

Five GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4–9 (A–C), including Maths and English
-
Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Ability to commute to the office three days per week

Strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills

Demonstrated curiosity and an active interest in current business affairs

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and working knowledge of Excel
