Let It Homes are specialist letting agents in the Kettering and Wellingborough areas. This role is a 'front of shop' lettings apprenticeship role within the Kettering office - which is the largest letting agent in the Kettering area in terms of the number of properties it manages and lets locally. The Kettering office routinely lets 20 properties a month and year in year out lets more properties than any other agent in the Kettering area for the last 15 years. The successful candidate will be undertalig a Propertymark accredited Level 3 Property Management course. In addition, with the support of our experienced lettings team you will be carrying out viewings, negotiating with tenants and landlords, chasing and booking in leads and overseeing the reference/move in process. Much of the learning process will be 'on the job'. The role is busy and fast moving and you will be an integral part of a team of 10 people working from the Kettering office. The successful candidate will be a good communicator, friendly, polite but also well organised . Candidate must have a full UK driving license ( maximum 3 penalty points) and be prepared to use their own vehicle to carry out viewings.
