Chapelfield Children's Day Nursery is looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice practitioner to join our friendly team. We have 1 position at our city nursery (postcode NR2 1SF) and one position at our Trowse nursery (postcode NR148TU)
We provide a fun, loving and caring environment enabling children and staff to reach their full potential every day. You would be working with children from 3 months - up to pre-school age, some of the most important developmental years of a child's life.
Our staff team are our strongest asset to the company and every staff member is welcomed and feels a valuable part of the team.
You would be completing a Level 3 in Childcare alongside working 30 hours per week. We allow 2-4 hours per week for study within your working hours. You MUST have GCSE maths grade C/4 or above.
Job Purpose
· To manage and sustain the highest standard of care and education for all children placed at Chapelfield Children’s Day Nursery
· To implement the daily care and routines of Chapelfield Children’s Day Nursery
· To complete all academic aspects of the apprenticeship within the given timescale
· Plan, prepare and deliver activities and experiences to promote individual children’s learning and development using the (EYFS)
