We also implement compliance tools, including e-invoicing, globally, as well as developing our own tools, incorporating AI technology.
We’re headquartered in the UK and have offices in Bognor Regis and Monmouth. We are also established in the USA, UAE, and India, and we will have remote team members and contractors across the UK, Europe and beyond. Our environment is friendly, fast-paced, and focused on helping people reach their potential.
The Project Management Office is crucial for the success of client and internal projects.
Many of our current project / delivery team members began their careers through our training and apprenticeship programmes, and now they lead teams and travel the world implementing solutions across major ERPs, including Oracle, SAP and Workday, using both Native and External Tax Engines for some of the biggest global brands (take a look at our website) across over 150 countries.
As a Project Management Office (PMO) Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced project managers and gain hands-on experience in development, operations and information technology workstreams and projects, while working towards a relevant qualification (such as a Level 3 or Level 4 apprenticeship in Project Management).

- Data analytics across the Operations department, using Microsoft Excel to present data to the Ops Director.
- Learning our applications to become the product champion assisting with employee queries and upskilling.
- Working with the technical team to test applications, capturing issues and escalate to the project team.
- Creating and amending standard operating procedures and user guides to reflect process changes, using our bespoke Company app.
- General PMO administration and coordination, as require by the PMO team, including Resource Planning and Timesheet population.
- Potentially gaining the opportunity (once trained) to visit our sites in the UK or abroad as part of the role.
