What will the apprentice be doing?
Property Manager Apprentice - Supporting the general manager with all things property related. Working with the Operations Team to ensure all requests are planned and carried out in a timely manner, Reports are maintained, filed and billed correctly, Responding to and fielding requests from multiple stakeholders, ensuring Health & Safety throughout.

Accounts Assistant Apprentice - Property Management accounting involves service charges, allocations, and reconciliations. Adaptability to various tech including Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and specialist Property Management software. Verbal and written communication both to the team internally and to leaseholders and freeholders.
Legal Admin Apprentice - help prepare legal documents, process ownership changes, and handle leaseholder requests. Liaise with solicitors, leaseholders, and internal teams. Assist in managing multiple cases and deadlines, from consent applications to company filings. Working alongside experienced property professionals, gaining hands-on training in credit control, company secretarial duties, and legal processes.
PA/Admin Apprentice - Supporting the CEO & Chief of Staff with Administration duties, inbox monitoring and diary management, recording and note taking in meetings, client liaison and customer service, HR administration, paperwork filing and IT tasks.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship through Vocate Training.
You will be taught through:
4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor
7.5 hours per week (average) Off The Job Training
The course is a 12-18 month programme
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
A full time position is expected following successful completion of the Apprenticeship. The administration role may be a gateway to further career opportunities, such as management or senior support roles.
