Sales and Business Administration Apprentice - Level 4/3 - Start Immediately
Location: B3 3HN
Salary: £15,000 per year, plus commission
Hours: Mon - Fri 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (1 hour lunch break)

Duties

Assist clients with tax rebate claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain and organise financial records and documentation.
Provide exceptional client support over the phone, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with a dedicated account managers.
Contribute to efficient office management and administrative tasks.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.
Uphold high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching targets and earning commissions
Organised with good time management abilities to handle multiple client interactions effectively
