Nursery Apprentice Level 3 -
Do you have a passion for children's development? Are you looking to train in childcare? We are friendly local nursery to Havant and we are looking for a Level 3 Nursery Apprentice to join our team. As a Nursery Apprentice, you will contribute to a high quality caring environment for children.
This includes:
- Creating warm, friendly and stimulating atmosphere in which the children can develop emotionally, socially and educationally
- Produce fun and exciting activities for children from 3 months-4 years
- Under supervision you will provide all aspects of care for children including washing, changing and feeding
- Acting as key worker to a small group of children and recording observations and planning for them
- Completing all Apprenticeship work as set by college assessors
- Assisting with meeting the personal and emotional needs of individual children
- Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Being aware of the nurseries policies and procedures and ensure they are adhered to

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
GCSE Maths and English at C grade or above is preferred but not essential.
Applicant will be required to obtain an enhanced DBS and Paediatric First Aid on successful application.
