Administrative Support Officer
Ideal for someone with strong organisational and data skills. This role supports the team by ensuring system accuracy, managing performance data, and coordinating key administrative processes. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, helping the team run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inboxes, FOI requests, and complaints
- Lead on data cleansing and filing system updates
- Support recruitment processes and meeting coordination
- Extract and report performance data for internal and government use
- Maintain the Housing Solutions intranet and website
- Provide admin support to managers and maintain the Information Asset Register
- Monitor inboxes and respond to client enquiries
- Update housing systems with property and client data
- Assist with rent account monitoring and recovery actions
- Help coordinate placements and voids

This is a full time role at 37 hours per week.
