Role Overview
A client of ours based in Birmingham Business Park is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Administrator for their Healthcare setting. This role has a strong focus on reception duties and front-of-house responsibilities, providing a warm, professional, and efficient service to patients, visitors, and staff.
Duties
- Managing incoming calls and customer queries
- Coordinating appointments and property-related logistics
- Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mail handling
- Collaborating with team members to improve office workflows and efficiency
Experience
- Prior office experience or administrative exposure is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
- Willingness to undertake and complete a Business Administration Apprenticeship
