Hatch Training are recruiting for a Business Administrator Apprentice on behalf of a beautiful family-run hotel in Earlswood. The role combines back-of-house and front-of-house duties, offering a varied mix of hotel administration and customer-facing responsibilities. The apprenticeship lasts 13–14 months, during which the successful candidate will gain hands-on industry experience alongside a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
Key Role Highlights:
· Welcoming guests and checking their details against bookings
· Answering email and telephone enquiries
· Liaising confidently with potential clients regarding weddings, events, catering services and guest room bookings.
· Arranging and coordinating meetings, events, and appointments
· Supporting with hotel room reservations and pricing
· Assisting with the creation of wedding and event contracts for clients
· Assisting the marketing team with completing projects and monitoring active marketing campaigns
· Getting involved with other areas of the hotel – to be discussed at interview

Hours:
30 – 40 hours per week,
Pay:
Apprenticeship Minimum Wage - £8.00 per hour. Potential of increase based on performance.
Training:
Training will be delivered through Microsoft Teams with one of the apprenticeship tutors. During the first eight weeks of the programme, sessions will take place once a week to provide structured support and learning. After this initial period, training will become less frequent, taking place a few times each month while continuing throughout the apprenticeship.
