Overview:
The Digital Product Manager Apprentice is responsible for supporting on delivering top-tier digital products underpinned by the deployment and performance of the Retail Trust Business Apps. This role involves conducting user and market research, managing product roadmaps, and collaborating across teams to ensure successful product development and performance.

Responsibilities:
- Work with the Product Manager to execute the strategic vision for digital products
- Support and conduct user and market research to identify new opportunities
- Partner with the Product Team and business Champions to manage product roadmaps, backlogs, business systems projects and coordinate suppliers
- Support the Product Manager on requirements discovery and user story writing
- Support with product user testing and compilation of sprint release notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional team for feature development
- Monitor and improve product performance continuously
- Support on the deployment of Retail Trust Business Apps
Desirable skills:

- Can use own initiative with work projects
- Can take directions but also take the lead on projects
Entry requirements:
- Level 3 Qualification (Apprenticeship/1 x A Level in any subject/BTEC etc.)
- OR equivalent work experience (typically 2 years in a relevant role)
PLUS:
- 5 x GCSE’s including English & Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above
Working hours:
35 hours per week
