Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Mechanic to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills in mechanical repair and maintenance. As an Apprentice Mechanic, you will work under the guidance of experienced mechanics, gaining hands-on experience with various mechanical systems and components. Responsibilities
- Assist qualified mechanics in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues in vehicles and machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring that tools and equipment are stored properly.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Document work performed and report any additional issues or concerns to senior mechanics.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance mechanical knowledge and skills.
