H&W Brewery Blandford
Owned and run by the seventh generation of the Woodhouse family, we’re proud to be a leading independent regional brewer with an established pub estate of beautiful pubs in great locations across the South of England. We continue to invest and innovate in beer and pubs, ensuring we remain a fiercely independent family company at the forefront of British brewing and hospitality.
We have a great opportunity to join us as an apprentice in our brewing team to develop the foundational knowledge, skills and confidence to build a career in Brewing. The Brewing apprenticeship is a mix of practical on job learning with our experienced brewers, supported by technical training from Nottingham University over 2 years via off-site learning at their campus.
The apprenticeship will cover traditional and modern brewing methods and develop capability from the intake of raw ingredients, through each stage of the brewing process through to transfer of the finished beer to the packaging department.
