Koin Limited, a forward-thinking and fast-growing eCommerce company situated on the picturesque south coast, is seeking a super organised Purchasing Administrator Apprentice to join our dynamic team. Working across our portfolio of online brands – from collectables to gifts and kids to fashion, this role offers the unique opportunity to be involved with diverse range of premium products, catering to a global customer base.

In your role as Purchasing Administrator Apprentice, you will be central to the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. Your primary responsibilities will include meticulous data entry on our ERP system, the creation and management of purchase orders, and proactive communication with suppliers. Another key aspect of your role will involve liaising with our Marketing, Warehouse and Customer Care departments to ensure seamless stock availability and distribution.

This role demands a good level of organisation and an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Core responsibilities include:

Accurate data entry and accurate maintenance of data on our ERP system
Raising Purchase Orders and liaising with suppliers on inbound stock
Updating internal teams on stock availability
Dealing with back orders, ensuring they are cleared as quickly as possible
Updating task boards to ensure smooth running of new launches
Discontinued line management
Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks necessary to support the wider teams

Key skills required:

Meticulous attention to detail
Experience working with Microsoft Excel
Highly organised
Good commercial awareness
Confident in dealing with suppliers
Experience in Purchasing preferable

Salary Package: Entry level

Location: Poole HQ (BH12 4NZ)
