Talent Vista Limited are recruiting on behalf of Royal Caribbean Group who are looking for one Travel Consultant Apprentices to join their Shared Services team in the UK and embark on an exciting career in Travel.
Royal Caribbean is the world's largest cruise line, having had a record-breaking year in 2024 and is made up of five brands: Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, Silversea, Tui Cruises and Hapag-Lloyd.
About the Role:You will be surrounded by experienced travel professionals on a minimum 12 month apprenticeship programme that will give you a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and insight into various functions within the organisation. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and develop a broad skill set in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What will the apprentice be doing?As a Multi Department Apprentice working in the Shared Services team, you will rotate between departments and gain work experience (but not limited to) in; Marine Operations, Legal, IT Operations, IT Applications, HR & Finance, general business administration and customer services whilst championing their corporate values.
As part of this programme, you will assist with routine tasks and special projects across different department such as:
o Support the team with administrative tasks.
o Assist in scheduling and managing appointments.
o Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
o ADHOC duties including, greet all visitors, signing visitors in to building
o Work closely with colleagues and contribute to team goals and projects.
o Follow instructions and complete tasks accurately and within deadlines.
o Attend and actively participate in meetings, providing input and feedback.
o Keep accurate records of work completed and progress made.
o Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
o Regularly seek feedback from supervisors and mentors and make improvements based on guidance.
Comprehensive training and guidance on all role responsibilities will be provided as part of the rotational programme.
What training will the apprentice receive from the company?
Working with a training provider (Talent Vista Limited in partnership with ABM Training UK Ltd), you will be assigned a specialist Travel Learning and Development Coach who will be working closely with you throughout your apprenticeship to give an enjoyable and enriching experience.
You will work towards the level 3 Travel Consultant Apprenticeship earning a nationally recognised qualification.

Are there any specific qualifications required?* All travel apprenticeships embed the functional use of maths and English as well as personal development topics in areas such as equality and diversity and British Values. Apprentices unable to provide evidence of maths and English at GCSE grade 4 or above will need to take functional skills exams as part of the apprenticeship.* Must NOT already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship.
Details of working week:* Monday to Friday - 9am to 5:30pm with one hour for lunch - 37.5 hours per week
