About the Apprenticeship
This apprenticeship offers you the opportunity to gain a nationally recognized IT qualification along with relevant industry certifications. You will earn while you learn, with dedicated support from Elite Training’s experienced assessors as well as day to day mentorship from your line manager. This hands-on experience will equip you with the skills and knowledge required to excel in the ever-evolving IT industry.
What You’ll Do
As an IT Support Apprentice, you will gain exposure to various areas of the business which will include:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose computer hardware and software issues.
- Assist with cabling and networking tasks.
- Support with cybersecurity and telecoms solutions.
- Work on-site in the Aberdeen office offering first line support as well as at client locations across Scotland, providing hands-on support.
- Collaborate with a skilled team to deliver excellent service and technical expertise.
