IT Apprentice
Assist our IT team in managing laptops, servers, networking, cloud-based CRM, and user setups, while gaining hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, cloud computing, and cutting-edge legal IT systems in a forward-thinking firm investing in AI and technology
The apprentice will take on 1st line duties, including answering support calls, setting up new users, and basic troubleshooting, while assisting the IT team in delivering exceptional service and project-based work. We anticipate they will grow into the role, contributing to innovation and the continued delivery of cutting-edge IT solutions for the firm

The Position
● Provide 1st line IT support by answering support calls and resolving basic technical issues.
● Assist with setting up new users, including configuring laptops, email accounts, and access to necessary systems.
● Support the IT team in maintaining and troubleshooting servers, networks, and hardware.
● Help manage the cloud-based CRM system and ensure smooth operation for users.
● Gain hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support.
● Assist in delivering IT projects, including implementing new technologies and system upgrades.
● Collaborate with the IT team to provide excellent service to all staff.
● Contribute to the ongoing development and innovation of IT solutions within the firm, including AI and cloud computing initiatives.
● Document IT processes and assist with maintaining accurate system records.
Learn and work with legal IT systems unique to the firm, ensuring compliance with industry standards

Desired skills
- 4-9 grades English and maths GCSE's
- Car driver preferred.
