Role Overview

As a Junior Sales Support Apprentice, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team with administrative tasks, customer interactions, and lead generation. This position will provide valuable exposure to a fast-paced sales environment, allowing you to develop key skills in sales, customer service, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and CRM management.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring excellent service and accurate information.
Assist in lead generation efforts by identifying potential clients and updating records.
Support the preparation of quotes, proposals, and presentations for prospective customers.
Follow up on sales leads to nurture customer relationships and drive engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to provide informed support.
Attend training sessions to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and CRM proficiency.
