We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions efficiently, handling orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Job Duties:
- Customer Updates: Keep customers informed about their orders, expected delivery times, and any updates related to their purchases.
- Call Handling: Answer inbound calls, provide assistance, and forward relevant queries to the Claims Department when necessary.
- Order Management: Place new orders, process customer payments securely, and ensure accurate order records.
- Showroom Bookings: Schedule showroom appointments for customers, ensuring availability and smooth coordination.
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in order processing and payment handling is preferred.
- Good telephone etiquette and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in a customer service role is beneficial but not essential.
Working Hours & Salary:
Working Days: Monday – Thursday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Apprenticeship Details
This is an apprenticeship position, you will be paid at the apprenticeship wage of £6.40/hour for the first 12 months of the apprenticeship. This apprenticeship will take approx. 18 months to complete
Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience. Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 2 Customer Service qualification.
