Apprenticeship Programme:

As one of our Bentley apprentices, you will combine practical experience with classroom learning to achieve an Electrical or Electronic Technical Support Engineer degree (Level 6). You will play a significant part in our business as we continue on this exciting journey to deliver extraordinary vehicles for our customers. Based out of our state-of-the-art headquarters in Crewe, you will:

What you’ll be doing:

Working within the Aftersales - Service Quality and Customer Services Department, you will have exposure to the best luxury cars in the world, whilst working alongside and being mentored by Automotive engineering professionals. You will gain invaluable experience collaborating with different business areas and ensuring customer satisfaction in our global retailer network.

Your main responsibilities include;

Working in collaboration with the engineers to resolve technical concerns on customer vehicles in the global retailer network
Ensuring quality is maintained in future Bentley products with the identification of Priority Customer Concerns
Support with the creation of presentations to deliver to Senior Managers and the Board
Collaborate with other areas of the business, participating in cross-functional problem solving
The application of technological innovations, to support efficient repair strategies
The opportunity to travel globally

About the Department:

The Service Quality and Customer Services Department is responsible for resolving customer related Bentley product technical problems, customer satisfaction topics and the production of all digital owner media. The successful candidate will be coached and mentored by technical experts gaining invaluable skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.

What we’re looking for

Training Provider Entry Requirements: There are two training providers available please see entry requirements below

University of Warwick Requirements: 3 A-Levels at Grade BBC (112 UCAS points minimum) Including 2 B’s in Maths & a Stem subject. GCSE Maths, English & a stem subject Grade 4 (C) or above. Or BTEC Nationals DDD Including 2 Maths Modules. T Levels not accepted.

Sheffield Hallam Requirements: 3 A-levels at grade BBC (112 UCAS points minimum) including Maths & a stem subject. Or equivalent such as BTEC Nationals and T Levels.
