We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess natural phone etiquette and be willing to learn new skills, such as date entry, finance and HR tasks within a fast-paced busy office, ensuring the smooth operation of the day. This role requires proficiency in various administrative tasks, including clerical duties and the use of software such as Xero and Microsoft Excel. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining an efficient office atmosphere while supporting team members in their daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records
- Organise and maintain office files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access to information
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and tracking expenses
- Provide clerical support, including typing documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
- Coordinate office supplies, inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure availability
- Support administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising events
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office efficiency
Requirements

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

- Competence in using different Microsoft techniques (Word, PowerPoint, Excel Office) for daily tasks
