Hayeswick is a small, family run day nursery based in Farnborough, Orpington BR67AS.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic, passionate people who want to get into childcare as we are looking to hire a 'nursery apprentice' who we will train and guide to get a L2/L3 qualification in childcare.
Working week: 40 hour week
Shift pattern of either 8-5 or 9-6. This will change weekly.
Salary
£7.55 per hour in line with National Minimum Apprentice wage.
The role will include:
· Undertaking training to obtain recognized qualifications, including completing assignments on time
· To attend team meetings and contribute relevant ideas
· Under supervision to provide all aspects of care for children including washing, changing and feeding
· To assist with meeting the personal and emotional needs of children
· To provide adult interaction with children in the setting
· To be aware of the settings confidentiality policy
