Zest Forward Motor Finance is an ambitious, growing business, and they’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Practitioner Apprentice to join their customer service team. Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and handling telephone calls from customers
- Inputting data and processing finance applications
- Dealing with customer queries and providing information on products
- Offering general support to the team
- Ensuring FCA compliance is followed in all tasks
- Liaising with motor dealers, finance companies, and salespeople
- Responding to emails and handling customer communications
Skills & Knowledge:
- A good standard of English and Maths
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A professional and friendly telephone manner
- Confident and a positive outlook
- Polite and respectful when dealing with customers and colleagues
- Smart appearance and professional attitude
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Punctuality and reliability
- Computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools

The successful candidate will work towards a Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship with the appointed provider, HBTC (www.hbtc.co.uk). An Apprenticeship allows you to acquire valuable skills and experience in your chosen sector, which improves your CV and employability when you've finished training. You'll learn in the work environment, developing the practical skills and understanding you need to excel in your role. This opportunity could also lead to permanent employment and progression opportunities.
