Provides a comprehensive Administrative service to the Integrated Pharmacy team. With support produces reports, correspondence and other documents for use by Assistant Directors of Pharmacy and the Integrated PharmacyTeam. With support produces rotas for staffing where necessary. Acts as a main point of contact, fielding and signposting enquiries as appropriate.
Organise meetings and arranging room bookings. Maintains electronic staff records. With support prepares Allocate in accordance with local procedure for payroll ready for finalisation/authorisation by a senior manager. Disseminates Trust information ensuring information is timely and relevant.
Liaises with external stakeholders and local community pharmacies.
