Business Management Degree Apprentice (Bolton)
Key Focus/Role Purpose
Reporting - This role reports to the Chief Executive. There are no direct reports to this role.
Work Environment - Based at The Square, Bolton, but flexible working arrangements are available.
Key Activities
- General administration of operational, finance and organisational activities.
- To undertake activities that assist in developing an understanding of a co-operative and mutual financial services business.
- To support the delivery of customer service, marketing and awareness campaigns through digital and non-digital channels, social media and direct engagement with stakeholders.
- Raise the profile of the credit union by attending promotional activities.
- Employ analytics and data-driven techniques to understand customer behaviour and engagement.
- Meet all the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours of the Degree Apprenticeship Standard, which includes meeting and exceeding all academic and work-based activities.

University Criteria
- 40 UCAS points.

- Any subjects are acceptable at Level 3.
- Applicants should have five GCSEs at grade C or above or grade 4 to 9 (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics.
