Buxton & McNulty is a family run construction business based in Erith and we have an exciting opportunity for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our friendly office team:

Duties to include

Providing general administration support such as photocopying, filing

Keeping computer databases up to date
Answering phones and connecting calls to the proper department.
Taking phone messages and passing them on
Following up on business communications, billing, and ordering
Communicating with materials suppliers
Invoicing
Operating relevant ICT packages (MS Office, Sage & EQUE2)

Collecting and inputting company data - EQUE2

Shadowing members of the admin team to gain knowledge

We can provide a full apprenticeship in Business Administration with Bexley College.

Qualifications Required: English and Maths GCSE to a minimum grade 4. Grade 5 is preferable. Good level of ICT skills is desirable.

Skills Required:Responsible learner with an ability to work under instruction with the ability to use initiative.

Personal Qualities: Trustworthy, reliable, good time keeping skills and have a good work ethic. Need to be organised and have excellent communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: From £14,976.00 per year
