Job Purpose:
To assist in the management & progression of orders and/or queries from our customers whilst maintaining data accurately and in timely manner. Provide support and advice to customers & internal departments within the business. Ensure department is ‘audit ready’ and provide support when required.
Key Responsibilities will include: -
· Process orders and or amendments, emailing confirmation as per customer requested.
· Ensure customers (internal and external) receive a quality service and a high standard of care, meeting agreed standards.
· Co-ordinate, collate and reconcile paperwork linked to customers and update on customer service key indicators.
· Investigate discrepancies. Complete and close out queries for customers and hauliers
· Support the wider team during audits, ensuring customer service records and paperwork is readily available.
· Liaise with planners on stock holding and highlight potential shortages or delays ensuring key issues are communicated.
· Complete all administrative duties as required (including ad hoc).
Ideally, the successful candidate would possess the following: -
· Professional telephone manner
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· Ability to multi-task and problem solve
·Experience in all Microsoft Office packages would be advantageous although training will be provided.
· Experience using Sage would be advantageous, although training will be provided

Pay: £9,360.00-£23,600.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 36 per week
