Early Years Practitioner Modern Apprentice

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual who is keen to work as part of a motivated team to provide a fun, safe and stimulating environment.

Successful candidates will be working with children from 6 weeks to 5 years.

Candidates should have a strong work ethic and a passion for working with young children. It is preferred but not essential that candidates should hold a Nat 5 qualification in English.

Successful candidates will be required to become a member of SSSC and PVG Scheme.

Responsibilities of the job include:

* Working with other staff to provide a safe, fun and stimulating environment for all children.

* Completing SVQ3 work set out by your designated SVQ Assessor.

* Provide daily experiences that are age and stage appropriate for the children you will be working with.

* Take part in training provided throughout the year.

* Monitor children during outdoor activities and interact with the children to enhance their learning and support their play.
