Job Description:

Are you detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills? We're looking for an Apprentice Compliance Administrator to provide essential administrative & coordination support to our compliance team at Reds10. Join us and be part of an innovative company that uses data and modular technology to create amazing spaces for our clients. You’ll be

What You'll Do:

Manage internal databases ensuring files are uploaded correctly
Calander management for all audits, compliance meetings and reviews with Reds10 wider team
Liaise with staff from other departments across Reds 10
Liaise with internal auditors and book in time for all internal audits to be executed on time and to the expected level of detail .
Produce and manage documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Effective recording of ISO/IMS compulsory training.
Respond to emails professionally and answer phone calls promptly.

Great communication abilities, both verbal and written.
A team player who works well with others.
Confident in using software like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to tackle challenges and solve problems.
Able to communicate effectively across all levels, including colleagues, site staff, subcontractors, and clients.

Qualifications:

Minimum: GCSE English and Maths Grade 3 or above, or Functional Skills Level 1 or above.
Desired: Previous administrative experience and confidence in using ICT and Microsoft Office.
