Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support, and maintaining effective communication within the organisation. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent phone etiquette and strong computer skills, particularly in Google Suite and QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls and correspondence, demonstrating professional phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars.
Prepare reports and presentations as required using Google Suite applications.
Support financial record-keeping through QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
Provide clerical support to various departments as needed.
Ensure the office environment is tidy and well-organised to promote productivity.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and QuickBooks.
Familiarity with general office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all tasks.
