John O’Conner are one of the largest privately owned grounds maintenance companies in the UK and Scotland. Our clients include large local authorities and commercial businesses throughout the UK and Scotland.
You will work on the contract and get paid while you complete your education and attend one day a week at Berkshire College of Agriculture.
Learning about a full range of tree work, hedgerows and shrubs, planting etc
Hours: Monday - Friday
You need to be responsible, reliable and punctual
Uniform, PPE and equipment provided.
40 hours per week standard
Candidates should work well as part of a team, be committed to learning, ambitious and have a keen interest in horticulture
Due to the way the Apprenticeship is funded applicants must have residency status. Full, clean driving licence desirable.
