Thanks to a continued period of growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Assistant to join Liquipak Ltd – a Huddersfield based company specialised in manufacturing, filling and distributing powerful cleaning agents.
We are looking for an individual on a full time, from Monday to Friday, who has excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across teams to ensure consistently high-quality work is produced with excellent attention to detail.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing company with a large online presence.
Responsibilities
- Being the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails
- Processing orders from customers
- Answering customer queries, dealing with product issues and questions
- Managing returns and replacements
- Arranging, managing, and tracking deliveries
Required Skills
- Microsoft office
- To be able to manage a busy email inbox
- Reliable and organised personality
- Basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay and Shopify
- You need to be an enthusiastic and dynamic yet collaborative team player
Qualification Requirements
- GCSE/or Equivalent in Maths at Grade C/4 - DESIRABLE
- GCSE/or Equivalent in English at Grade C/4 - DESIRABLE
You will attend fortnighly sessions taking place at the National Business College in Huddesfield, to achieve the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Standard. Progression to move onto a Level 3 is available once the applicant has achieved.
