We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to train within our sales account management team who will enjoy delivering excellent service and quality to our valued clients. It is a challenging marketplace but with the right team we can help to grow our business profitably.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Learning about the company and available products/services.
- Being the first point of contact for clients, handling telephone calls and enquiries and working closely with the external sales team.
- Supporting the sales team and learning the sales process.
- A commitment to learn the role, including: estimating, generating quotes and negotiating with clients.
- Developing relationships with clients and suppliers at all levels.
- Liaising with all departments to ensure we deliver a quality product and service to our clients.
- The ability to listen and understand information and to action this accordingly.
You will ideally have basic IT skills and have a minimum of a GCSE grade 4 in Maths & English.
Full training will be provided and the successful candidate will be required to study towards a Customer Service Practitioner qualification.
