Responsibilities
- Completing administrative tasks relating to venue finding
- Learning skills to effectively communicate with suppliers and customers, maintaining a high standard of clarity and accuracy in both verbal and written exchanges
- Assisting and engaging with the broader team
- Gaining familiarity with products and developing a comprehensive understanding of services offered
- Learning systems and processes
- Collaborating within a supportive team
Working Week
Core working hours will consist of 40 hours each week Monday to Friday, within the hours of 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This position is office based.

- Eagerness to learn, take on responsibility and strive to get back to customers in a timely manner
- Punctual with strong time management/organisational skills
- A great Team player, as well as being able to work on your own whilst showing initiative
- We are preferably seeking a candidate who resides within a short commute, whether by public transport or by driving

Training Information
Training will be with us - Swarm Training, a national provider of apprenticeships throughout the UK. The successful candidate will work towards the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification, this apprenticeship will take 12-14 months to complete with assessments.
The apprentice is required to complete a minimum of 6 hours per week during working hours, working towards achieving the qualification. A tutor will conduct training sessions once a month, where the apprentice will be allocated tasks to be completed during working hours.
