Duties
- Assist in the daily care and supervision of children in the nursery
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play
- Support the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities
- Help with feeding, diapering, and personal care routines
- Observe and record children's progress and behaviour
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
Experience
- Previous experience working with young children is preferred but not required
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months
Pay: From £7.55 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 18 per week
