This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards your Level 3 Business Administration qualification!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including clerical duties.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation and management.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Take new instructions from clients.
- Communicate with clients, policy holders, and site operatives via phone.
- Prepare paperwork for site operatives.
- Email clients and policy holders.
- Scan invoices and other general documents.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of office procedures and clerical work.
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in writing.
- Willingness to learn new software tools, such as QuickBooks.
- A positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- GCSE in Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
- GCSE in English (Grade 4/C or above)
Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: From £7.55 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
