Equitas Solicitors are a team of devoted solicitors and legal representatives who specialise in representing clients in a range of personal injury claim cases.
This Apprenticeship/Vacancy would suit a younger individual looking for their first steps on the career ladder.
Hourly wage - £7.55 - bonus available depending on performance.
Hours - Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (45 minute lunch)
Apprenticeship standard - Level 3 qualification in Business Administration.
What you’ll do at work-
- Deal with all inbound calls from clients and/or source to assist them in beginning their Claim
- Gather the required information surrounding the case, assess whether case meets criteria and can be accepted
- Setting up client files on case management system
- Transferring data from spreadsheet to case management system
- Updating and maintenance of spreadsheets
- Chasing clients for information
- Liaising with clients
- Responding to clients in accordance with the Firm’s Terms of Business
- Fulfilling administrative roles
- Carrying out Anti Money Laundering checks
