The Role:
As a Graduate or Apprentice Project Planner, you’ll dive straight into real-world projects, gaining hands-on experience from day one. You’ll be working alongside industry experts, learning from the best while supporting the planning and execution of cutting-edge energy projects that will shape the future of power conversion.
Whether you’re developing detailed schedules, tracking milestones, or ensuring projects run smoothly, every task you take on will have a direct impact on our success. You’ll help us keep projects on track, on time, and on budget — all while learning and growing in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating and managing project plans and schedules for innovative energy projects.
- Collaborating with top-tier engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to drive project success.
- Learning to use the latest project management tools and techniques to stay ahead of the game.
- Tracking project progress, identifying risks, and ensuring key deadlines are met.
- Preparing reports and forecasts that directly influence decision-making and project outcomes.
- Gaining exposure to a variety of complex, exciting projects with global impact.
What We’re Looking For:
- A recent graduate or someone who’s completed an apprenticeship in Project Management, Engineering, Power Systems, or a similar field.
- A natural problem-solver who loves to think on their feet and find creative solutions.
- Someone with a passion for the energy sector and an eagerness to learn and grow.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you’ll be the one keeping everything running smoothly!
- Excellent communication skills — you’ll be collaborating with experts across multiple teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an appetite to learn industry-standard project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
