An exciting apprenticeship opportunity has arisen in our Taylors People (HR) team for a People (HR) Administrator to join us ideally from June 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR while pursuing formal qualifications through a Level 3 apprenticeship programme. Reporting to a People Business Partner and collaborating with the wider People team, you will provide generalist People Administration and excellent customer service. Your support will enhance understanding, capability, governance, and delivery of HR policies and procedures. Absolute discretion and confidentiality are essential in this role.
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday, predominantly based at our Plumpton Park (Harrogate) site. Once the apprenticeship commences, one day per week will be allocated to study.
About you
You must be able to meet the specific entry requirements of the apprenticeship and undertake the studying and coursework required to complete the course and end point assessment. The current main entry requirements would be grade 4/C in GCSE English and Maths as this a Level 3 qualification.
We are seeking a candidate who has a positive attitude, is enthusiastic and willing to learn. You should have strong organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. You will need good people skills to enable strong relationships to be built and maintained. You should have experience of working with Microsoft Office packages.
