Paradigm Trust is looking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated Finance Apprentice into the team at Central Services from September 2025.

The Position
This is an opportunity to take your first steps to a career in accountancy, working in education. This is a rewarding role that will enable you to develop your skills in basic accounts within the trust’s finance team. You will be an integral part of the team responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate finance function within the trust.

You will be a highly organised and an efficient individual. You will ideally have experience of working in a school and/or finance environment and will be self motivated, well organised and work well as part of a team.
