The Stanwick Hotel is set in a tranquil rural location within Northamptonshire, with two acres of landscaped gardens, a restaurant, bars and beautiful spaces for weddings, functions and events. It is built around two beautiful courtyards and features a range of first class services.
Duties
- Assisting in the food preparation process for restaurant, room service, conference, and banqueting events.
- Cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes.
- Preparing vegetables, meats and fish.
- Assisting other Chefs.
- Helping with deliveries and restocking.
- Assisting with stock rotation cleaning stations.
Requirements
- Good hand to eye coordination
- Creative and passionate about food
Have excellent communication skills
- Motivated and keen to learn and develop.
- Excellent timekeeping and good work ethic
- Ability to work flexibly within a team
- A minimum Grade 3 in GCSE Maths and English
Job Type: Apprenticeship
Pay: £7.55 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
