Description
As a Customer Success Apprentice, you'll be a key part of AURA's mission to make the world a safer place. You'll work closely with our experienced team to help our customers get the most out of our service and technology. This includes:
- Learning the ropes: You'll be trained on how to understand our customers' needs and how AURA can help them.
- Welcoming new customers: You'll assist in guiding new customers through the process of joining AURA.
- Building relationships: You'll help build strong connections with our customers by providing support and answering their questions.
- Sharing ideas: You'll have the chance to contribute your thoughts on how to improve our technology and make it even better for UK customers.

What you'll learn:
- Customer Success best practices: You'll learn how to ensure customers are happy and successful by understanding their needs and how AURA's services can meet them. You'll also learn how to proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Account Management: Learn how to build and maintain strong relationships with customers through clear communication and an understanding of their goals, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of AURA's technology, its features and benefits, and how it can solve customer problems. This knowledge will enable you to effectively communicate the value of AURA's products to customers.
- Communication Skills: Develop excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to clearly articulate ideas, actively listen to customers, and adapt your communication style to different audiences.

You'll be based in our London office for part of the week, with the option to work from home or visit customer sites on other days.
Entry requirements
- Maths and English GCSE's at grade 4/C or above
- Be able to commute to the London office when required
Training to be provided
Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.
Skills for Security will deliver the apprenticeship training, remotely, twice a month.
You will be required to complete all training tasks allocated during your dedicated tutor led meetings on MS Teams and gather any on the job evidence needed to supplement your studies.
