This vacancy is for a Business Admin Apprentice based in Padiham, Burnley.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to undertake valuable work experience dealing internal and external customers with whilst gaining on the job qualifications.?

You will carry out a wide range of administrative duties whilst supporting members of a busy team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and progress in a varied and interesting role within a well–established and growing company.

On and off–the–job training and professional development will be completed in the workplace.

The general administration duties within this role may include:?

Providing business administrative support to the finance team
Accurately preparing and processing office administration
Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email
Proactively updating customer orders
Managing the ordering of financial products
Analysis of financial statements
Relationship building between postal services
Providing administrative support to the department
Delivering high levels of customer service at all times
Contacting customers via telephone or email

Training to be provided

L3 BTEC Diploma in Business Administration
Functional skills – English, Maths (if not already achieved)
