Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service
- Liaising with customers and suppliers to maintain strong relationships
- Developing and managing the company’s social media presence
- Creating and updating Excel spreadsheets
- Learning our bespoke IT systems to track customer orders from production to delivery
- Providing customers with updates via email and phone
- Organizing and filing documents
- Inputting invoices into the system
