We are seeking a passionate apprentice Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and food production, with a flair for creating exceptional dishes that delight our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the restaurant's menu and standards.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained and in good working order.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with staff and management.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
