WE ARE SEEKING A PASSIONATE CANDIDATE WHO:

Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to contribute to a team environment.
A passion for developing a career in HR and Finance Administration.
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.

YOUR MAIN DUTIES WOULD BE:

To provide professional, effective and efficient customer focussed HR & financial administrative support services to all stakeholders including students, staff, parents and other visitors.
To assist with the delivery of HR & financial administrative services in school and meet agreed quality and performance standards.
To organise, manage and maintain the use of information systems.
To always maintain discretion and confidentiality.
