My client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Apprentice to join our dynamic technical team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to start their career in IT support while gaining hands-on experience in data sanitisation and import processes. The successful candidate will need to be motivated, and reliable and show willingness to learn and progress within their career.

Key responsibilities include:

- Help manage tickets with our support partner, raising\escalating tickets where applicable.

- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and peripherals.

- Respond to support tickets and troubleshoot technical problems in a timely manner.

- Document and track issues, resolutions, and escalate complex problems to senior IT staff as needed.

- Perform data sanitization tasks to ensure data privacy and security.

- Assist in the preparation and import of data into various systems and databases.

- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before and after import.

- Collaborate with other departments to understand data requirements and ensure data integrity.

- Provide first line support on our key in house systems

- Develop new functionality and processes in our key in house systems.
