Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Digital Marketing & Customer Service Apprentice to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in both marketing and customer engagement. You will learn how to manage online campaigns, create content, and deliver excellent customer service—developing valuable skills for a career in digital business.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and scheduling social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Help create marketing materials such as email newsletters, blog posts, and promotional graphics.
- Support basic SEO tasks like keyword research and website updates.
- Monitor campaign performance and gather data for reports.
Customer Service Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media, providing helpful and timely support.
- Assist in managing the CRM or support ticketing system.
- Learn how to handle feedback, complaints, and frequently asked questions.
- Follow up on customer issues and ensure satisfaction via email, social media messages and Jivo live chat
Skills & Qualifications:
- A keen interest in digital marketing and customer service.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools.
- Willingness to learn tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
- Organized, proactive, and a good team player.

Hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Location - Tonbridge no work from home is available for this position
wage - Starting at £7.55 P/h wage will be reviewed on performance based pay rises after the probation period.
